Nathaniel Ojo holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Calabar. He is a certified and licensed HR practitioner by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigeria, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA.
Nathaniel is a dynamic and dedicated HR professional with over six years of experience in developing and implementing effective HR strategies. He has a proven track record of managing organizational change, championing people-focused initiatives, and fostering strategic partnerships with top leadership. His people-centric approach has helped businesses achieve their goals through innovative HR solutions. He excels in identifying and nurturing talent, as well as driving initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.
Nathaniel believes in the importance of having teachers who are not only competent but also passionate about their work. He envisions a nation built on the foundation of dedicated educators with strong character and competence. Supporting teachers is a core part of his life’s mission, as he is deeply convinced of their critical role in nation-building.
Shittu Anthony-Awi Sunday

Shittu Anthony-Awi Sunday holds a B.A. in Dramatic Art from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (1987); a Grade II Teacher's Certificate from Ekiti Teacher's College, Ikere-Ekiti (1983); a Modern School Certificate from African Church Secondary Modern School, Ikere-Ekiti (1977); and a Primary School Leaving Certificate from Baptist Primary School, Ikere-Ekiti (1970).
Shittu is a seasoned professional with vast experience in the arts and education. He is a former Director of Arts and Culture, a Fellow of Theatre Arts (FTA), and the CEO of Anchor'd Productions. He is also a playwright, author, and dedicated Sunday School teacher, known for his creative contributions to both the arts and educatio.
Shittu is passionate about teacher development, recognizing that the foundation of a nation’s education lies on the shoulders of its teachers. He strongly believes in prioritizing their welfare and professional growth to ensure quality education for future generations.
Ruth Iye Onekutu
Secretary
Ruth Iye Onekutu holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Catering and Hotel Management from Kaduna Polytechnic, Kaduna. She brings a wealth of experience from her work with Durba Hotel, Kaduna, and Mission Guest House, Wuse 2, Abuja.
Her organizational and managerial skills have been honed through years of professional service in the hospitality industry, equipping her to handle diverse administrative responsibilities.
Barbara Bilal

Barbara Bilal is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. She is deeply committed to improving teaching and learning experiences. Her work spans youth mentorship programs, support for at-risk youth, and involvement in social services. She has also contributed to various volunteer initiatives in the health and wellness sector.
Barbara’s expertise includes fostering relationships, empowering individuals through creative problem-solving, and promoting self-development. She views teachers as the backbone of society and is passionate about empowering them through professional development and support. She advocates for creating a more sustainable and comfortable life for teachers, with a vision to transform education nationwide.
