According to the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Nigeria has about 2.3 million registered teachers, while the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) reports about 1.68 million teachers. Many of these educators struggle to meet their financial and professional needs.
The Impact Educators Initiative was created to improve the welfare, support system, and professional growth of teachers across Nigeria.
